• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit or processing session metadata).

The core functionality of AIrMobile involves processing AI model inputs/outputs.The Company does not store, view, or transmit Your local files to external servers.

AI Framework, Model Attribution, and Safety Compliance

This application is powered by Google LiteRT (licensed under the Apache License 2.0) and utilizes the Gemma open models in accordance with the Gemma Terms of Use. Because inference executes completely on-device, your prompts and generated text are never transmitted to our servers.

To ensure safety and strict policy compliance, AIrMobile employs a multi-layered generative AI architecture:

• Input & Output Validation: All user prompts and model responses are intercepted by a regex-based SafetyFilter that instantly blocks inputs or outputs containing restricted categories (including CSAM, self-harm, and violence).

• Hardened Prompts: Safe inputs are wrapped in a strict system prompt instructing the model to remain harmless and decline policy violations.

• In-App Reporting: Every AI response features a flag icon, allowing users to immediately report offensive or misleading content directly to our support team via an automated email intent.

• UI Transparency: A persistent on-screen label transparently warns users that the responses are AI-generated.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.

• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for products or services You have purchased through the Service.
